Rev. Prof. Emmanuel Martey has said that His friend the Holy Spirit guided him to reject NDC’s offer to chair the Peace Council. He made this known when Speaking at the Abetifi Presbyterian College of Education, Reverend Martey reiterated his desire to continue to speak on national issues.
