The Minister for Youth and Sports, Hon. Nii Lantey Vanderpuye said he feels disrespected by the Black Stars for paying a cutesy call to the President-Elect Nana Addo Dankwa Akoffo Addo at his residence.
According to him, he wasn’t consulted by the Black Stars management committee before taking that decision. He went on further to say that as the substantive Minister of Youth and Sports, He must be consulted before any decision is made.
The Black Stars with their management team paid a cutesy call to the President-Elect Nana Addo Dankwa Akoffo Addo on the New year day. In an exclusive interview with Joy News Presenter Mamavi Owusu Aboagye, Nii Lantey Vanderpuye the Black Stars is the property of the State and not the management team, for that matter any decision about the National team must be in consultation with the Youth and Sports Ministry.
