Trump’s Cabinet Criticized For Having Too Many Successful People.

President-elect Donald Trump is taking criticism for some of his cabinet picks, including Rex Tillerson as secretary of state and Wilbur Ross as commerce secretary, among others.

Sen. Cory Booker (D-New Jersey) criticized picks, saying “These people that Donald Trump has put up as his appointments to his cabinet are not like President Obama’s people. These are people who are billionaires and have vast holdings, vast wealth. And the American people have a right to know if they’re going to be entering into those offices with conflicts of interest.”

On “Fox & Friends” this morning, Rudy Giuliani defended Trump’s picks, saying there’s nothing wrong with filling out his administration with people who have been successful in the private sector.

What’s wrong if these people are successful?” Giuliani said. “How about we try successful people? We had eight years of you know what. Let’s try some successful people.”

He argued that people who have run large enterprises – like Tillerson, the longtime CEO of ExxonMobil – are highly prepared to run large, important departments in the government.

Giuliani said that Obama never ran anything in the private sector, and it’s obvious when you look at some of his failed policies, like ObamaCare.
